These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by MaxTech Solution ("we", "us", "our") to any client ("you", "the Client") who engages us for website development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing or related digital services. By accepting a quotation, making a payment, or asking us to begin work, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations & Payment

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• For project-based work (such as website development), we typically require 50% of the project cost upfront as a booking amount, with the balance due on completion or before final handover.
• For ongoing monthly services (such as SEO, PPC management or social media), payment is due in advance for each billing cycle.
• Late payments may result in a pause in ongoing work until the account is brought up to date.

2. Scope Of Work

The specific deliverables for your project will be outlined in your quotation, proposal or service agreement. Any work requested outside that scope will be quoted for separately before we begin it.

3. Revisions & Approvals

For design and development work, we typically allow a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the project. Requests that go beyond the originally agreed design or scope may be quoted as additional work. You will be asked to review and approve completed work; if we don't hear back within a reasonable time after asking for sign-off, we'll treat the work as approved.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel ongoing monthly services with advance written notice (email is fine) before your next billing date; work already invoiced or completed is non-refundable. For project-based work, amounts paid for work already completed are non-refundable if the project is cancelled partway through.

5. Ownership Of Work

• Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables (such as the completed website) transfers to you.
• Any domain names or hosting accounts purchased on your behalf remain your property, and login details will be provided to you.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless you ask us not to.

6. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on receiving content, feedback and approvals from you in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect the delivery date.

7. Results & Guarantees

For SEO and marketing services, we work to recognised best practices to improve your visibility and traffic over time, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results, as these also depend on factors outside our control (such as competition and search engine algorithm changes).

8. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service or where required by law.

9. Limitation Of Liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of business or profits) arising from the use of the website or services we provide, except where required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
